Course Description: PA-PEMA: P236 Comprehensive Emergency Management Planner (CEM Planner)
Module 1 is 1 and 1/2 hours long.

Description:  This program is designed to provide planners and other staff with the ability to write comprehensive emergency management plans.  A web based system (CEM Planner) will be used to facilitate the implementation of a digital planning process, for ease of use by all stakeholders.

Target Audience:  County, municipal, school, and owners of dams (and contractors) who require emergency planning documents.
